If you are unsure how many XS heaters your project requires, please take advantage of our free design service. To accurately quote your project, we will require the following:
- Length, width and hight of your premises
- A rough idea of insulation
- Desired temperature
- Any anomalies (external doors that stay open, extractor fans etc)

How do I mount a surface mount heater to the ceiling?

You can either mount the unit directly to the ceiling or suspend it using use drop rods. To mount the heater to the ceiling, you simply remove the front cover and use the keyholes to secure the unit to the ceiling. To suspended from the ceiling, you again use the keyholes on the rear of the unit to secure drop rods.

How many SystemX heaters can I control with one thermostat?

Up to 12 heaters can be daisy chained via one thermostat.

Does my thermostat need mains power?

No, all SystemX thermostats get their power via Cat5 cable from the first heater in the chain.

How do I buy BN Thermic heaters?

We offer a free heating design service for any size project. To quote, all we require is the dimensions of your project, a rough idea of the insulation and an idea of what your premises is used for. When will I receive my heater?

All orders placed with a wholesaler by 3pm are shipped next day. (Uk mainland addresses)

How do I keep running costs and energy consumption to a minimum?

Installing a CX-6 7-day programmable thermostat is the best way to keep your running costs and energy consumption to a minimum. A 7-day programmable thermostat can prevent your heating system from being left on when your premises is unoccupied and it turns your heaters off once your premises reaches a desired temperature.
